Senior Merchandiser

Job Desc :

1. Develop new product of merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and the company's objective

2. Strategic sourcing and negotiating trading term and price

3. Maintain good relationships with suppliers

4. Get updated on the latest price, discounts, and promos from suppliers

5. Develop promotional and other marketing strategies to help achieve sales goals

6. Perform market research, understand the market trend and buying behavior

7. Provide exceptional coordination with other departments and suppliers

8. Maintain a good stock level and stock availability at all time

Qualification : 

1. Min 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

2. Having a network of suppliers will be preferred

3. Having a basic knowledge of stock management will be preferred

4. Proven working experience as a merchandiser or data analyst, preferably from retail business with minimum 3 years of working experience

5. Detail-oriented, resilience under pressure
