Supervisor Customer Service

Job Description

  • Improve customer service experience and create engaged customers
  • Take ownership of customers' issues and set the resolution 
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused toward that mission
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyse services statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Mentor and develop customer services agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Keep ahead of the industry's development and apply best practices in areas of improvement
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Min 3 years in a customer service position as a supervisor
  • Ability to think strategically and lead 
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer Service Oriented
