1. 客戶相關資訊及進度回覆、即時解決客戶問題。
2. 客訴問題處理/客戶關係維護
3. 致電客戶進行回訪，整理資料及記錄數據。
4. 電話/郵件/線上通訊軟體問題回覆
5. 其他主管交辦事項。
*工作日：週一至週五，週日(每月1-2天)配合排班。
*班別/時間(每月輪班)：
早班 09:00-18:00；
晚班 14:00-23:00 (享有晚班津貼300元/工作日)。
*需配合國定假日(包含春節)出勤，均依法給付加班費。
*另享有季度績效獎金。
其他條件
1. 有責任感及良好的團隊合作認知。
2. 個性開朗積極，具服務熱忱，溝通能力佳 。
3. 工作經驗一年以上，無客服經驗可
4. 擅長英文口說或韓語基本溝通者，優先考慮
5. TOEIC 700分以上 或 IELTS、Cambridge English Exams(劍橋國際英語認證) 相關證照
6. 需配合國定假日輪流值班，將依法令給予加班費或補休假。
