Work content:
• Assist the team in effectively advancing the project.
• Clarify and confirm requirements, draft requirement specifications, and create block flow diagrams, or high-level function diagram (only high-level modules if necessary).
• Participate in cross-team communication and collaboration to facilitate smooth progress and ensure timely completion.
• Analyze and organize website data regularly, presenting new features on the website and the effectiveness and value brought by the IT team in a visual format for headquarters understanding.
• Assist in writing Release Notes and future plans.
• Regularly analyze competitive products, plan new website features, and provide them to the design/development/operation team for consideration.
• Website functional testing.
• Identify website issues and assist in creating a problem list.
• Assist in important meeting minutes, execute assigned tasks and tracking.
• Assist in preparing department meeting presentations.
• Regularly check system backups.

Other Conditions:
• Experience in information technology industry project management, project assistant, or business and sales assistant roles is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in document processing and report writing.
• Basic skills and applications in information systems.
• Ability to communicate in English with foreigners.
