○ 招聘,

○ 強積金、
○ 員工檔案維護
○ 保險報價及保單安排,
○ 協調旅行安排,
○ 稅收;
○ 制定內部和外部報告。
● 解答隊友對人力資源相關事宜的詢問
● 審查、規劃和實施人力資源、行政/財務政策和程序
● 支援開戶(e.g. 公司帳戶)
2、資金管理
● 管理政府資金和補貼的申請、合規和索賠
● 研究並確定符合公司業務計畫和目標的政府資助機會
3. 辦公室行政
● 準備供團隊成員簽署的文件(例如銷售人員)並記帳簽名記錄
● 歸檔公司文件或申請,並保留記錄
●支援RFP申請,例如: 供應商註冊
● 管理階層指派的其他臨時任務,例如供應商溝通或年度 ISO27001 審核
