Area Quality Control Coordinator
Job Description
- Memeriksa operasional cabang agar berjalan dengan baik sesuai SOP (Standard Operasional Prosedur)
- Memeriksa kepatuhan berdasarkan kertas kerja yang ada
- Mengidentifikasi kesenjangan dan masalah dalam proses yang ada dan secara proaktif memantau dan mengukur efektifitas pengendalian internal
- Memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan atas hasil pemeriksaan
- Follow-up bukti perbaikan atas hasil pemeriksaan
- Memeriksa setiap peraturan dan kebijakan perusahaan yang baru diterbitkan disosialisasikan ke seluruh unit bisnis/cabang
- Meninjau & menganalisis bukti dan proses serta prosedur dokumentasi
- Analisa data/Root Cause Analysis
Requirements
- Minimal lulusan S1 dengan IPK minimal 2,75
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan pembiayaan
- Lebih diutamakan memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang Audit/Internal Control di perusahaan pembiayaan
- Memiliki pengetahuan di bidang audit/proses bisnis perusahaan pembiayaan
- Memiliki pemikiran analitis yang baik, pemecahan masalah, komunikasi yang baik, cepat belajar, dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan, dan memiliki perhatian yang tinggi terhadap setiap detail dan motivasi yang tinggi
- Mahir mengopersikan Micosoft Office
- Bersedia ditempatkan di cabang seluruh Indonesia
