Job Description
•Melakukan pengecekan kendala sistem terkait data dan menggunakan SQL Query
•Menerima keluhan (via telepon dan email) yang berhubungan dengan IT meliputi aplikasi, jaringan, email, internet, trouble-shooting komputer dan peripheralnya dan menindaklanjuti untuk memastikan masalah terselesaikan
•Membuat dan merevisi panduan penggunaan aplikasi bagi user
Requirements
•Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika/Ilmu Komputer/Sistem Informatika
•Min IPK 2,75
•Menguasai Basic SQL
•Menguasai Basic Network & Hardware
