Responsibilities:

• General focus in account onboarding, retention, growth, and renewal.
• Develop and deliver strong strategic account management, devise overall strategies to help the clients to meet their objectives, prioritizing and driving resolution.
• Develop sales plan and execute business target through building account relationships and lifetime value.
• Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in expanding their usage and adoption of our platform.
• Establish customer relationship through various means of communication channel.

職務說明：

• 擔任與客戶聯繫之主要窗口(一對多，官方系統溝通管道）
• 以顧問的角度協助客戶執行網紅合作案，包含 回覆客戶問題，招募相關設定和執行，進度追蹤，整理分析數據、提出網紅合作案優化建議
• 傳遞社群平台的微網紅經濟價值給需要的目標用戶，解說平台功能，協助廣告主能自行操作媒合平台，接觸具有社群影響力的微網紅
• 銷售專案發想，產業研究，整理，資訊文案擬寫，發送給客戶
• 與跨部門團隊合作，提供客戶回饋，及討論產品優化方向
• 協助團隊處理相關庶務

Qualifications:

• 3+ yrs experience in sales / account management / marketing or similar function.
• Experience with consultative selling and account managing skills.
• Self starter, creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills.
• Ability to proactively identify requirements and respond quickly.
• Comfortable with startup’s fast-paced environment.
