We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team!

This position will work closely with cross-function teams and lead with our growth marketing strategies, multi-channel marketing functions to rapidly and efficiently respond to business needs. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute user growth campaigns to achieve targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform our marketing efforts.
• Create compelling success stories to demonstrate our product's impact and effectiveness.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and analyze the campaign performance to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on creative development, tracking, and measurement to grow sales
• Drive test and target initiatives to determine which is the most effective marketing creative/offers/layouts that will boost the performance of channels and customer experience
• Measure and analyze the impact of digital initiatives on various KPIs, including channel growth, impressions, engagements, referral traffic, and conversions
• Be the subject matter expert on the campaigns - sharing your learning’s and expertise across the business

What we're looking for from you:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years digital marketing experience （SEO, SEM）required
• Excellent knowledge of tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Tag Manager
• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
• Result-oriented, and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and strong sense of responsibility
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Excellent verbal/written communicator (English and Chinese) and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to make recommendations and decisions
