Descripción del trabajo
<工作內容>
1. 學習績效評估、目標設定等管理技能
2. 進行市場研究，開發、篩選並建立潛在客戶名單
3. 打coldcall、陌生拜訪，結合業務銷售技巧與潛在合作對象洽談
4. 傳遞社群平台的微網紅經濟價值給需要的目標用戶，解說平台功能，協助廣告主能自行操作媒合平台，接觸具有社群影響力的微網紅
5. 其他專案、產品改良的 brainstorming 與執行
6. 此為有薪實習，按實際業績狀況領取獎金
Requisitos
<條件要求>
1. 此實習計劃至少需待滿半年以上
2. 有班級或社團幹部經驗，能高度自主管理
3. 對新創有興趣，未來有志於創業
4. 目標導向，擅長溝通協商，並且有獨立思考，解決問題的能力
5. 對網紅生態有興趣，對社群平台（IG、FB)的特性、使用方式、功能瞭若指掌
6. 曾有陌生開發之經驗 (加分)
7. 務必參加公司受訓
8. 需參加每週一上午的 sales meeting
9. 需自備筆電
