• 客戶資料更新與維護
  Customer Data updating and maintenance
  
• 客戶帳務處理與追蹤 
  Handling and tracking customer AR
  
• 協助申請政府相關文件
  Assisting in government document applications
  
• 協助整理客戶資料（合約/發票/生成基本文件）
  Assisting in Organizing Customer Data (Contracts/Invoices/Generating Essential Documents)
  
• 主管交辦其他協助事項
  Assisting with Other Assigned Tasks by Supervisors

Preferred Experience & Personal Traits / 經驗與特質

• 擅長溝通且不懼怕與餐廳講電話
  Proficient in communication and unafraid to make phone calls to restaurants.
  
• 細心並且能夠專注完成交代事項
  Attentive and able to focus on assigned tasks.
  
• 良好的執行力並認真負責
  Excellent execution skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
  
• 高效且清楚的溝通能力
  Effective and clear communication abilities.
  
• 一週上班時間至少 3 天以上 (每週工作時數24小時)
  Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week (24 hours per week).
