Marketing automation execution:
-Manage automated lifecycle journeys via marketing automation system including building and deploying Braze canvas/campaigns
-Support the CRM team to ensure active campaigns are launched and executed as planned
-Lifecycle journey communication management on the use of multi-channel, such as SMS, email, APP, Line, web channel, etc.

Member experience:
-Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service, Operation, Marketing, DTS to ensure comprehensive member experience. This includes solving member queries on points mechanics, member exclusive campaigns, or other membership related issues.
-Gatekeep member exclusive coupons, by co-working with agencies and internal departments; and manage coupon validity and quantity with coupon calendar
-Undertake individual tasks as assigned.

Communication:
-Establish and maintain good working relationship while working closely with cross-functional teams
-Be able to concisely communicate and share campaign status with CRM team and the wider management if necessary

Administration:
-Responsible for departmental expense tracking
-Provide accurate performance tracking on CRM campaigns, with tools such as Power BI

1. Minimum education requirement
-Bachelor degree required from business/marketing related,

2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
-A minimum of 1~2 years relevant experience
-Expertise in CRM fields, retailing, and banking or EC platform related experience is preferred.
