- Be responsible for data integrity on D365 and workflow compliance under SCM across the four markets and report any discrepancy to Manager/ Director for next step.
- Be responsible for contracts, report and meeting arrangements both internal and external parties for SCM.
- Collect information from banner SCM teams to generate report and analysis to support procurement plans and supply chain strategies of JRG.
- Coordinate and support group driven projects for cost savings and efficiency through group purchase, waste management and menu reengineering;
- Coordinate sustainability development between banner and group SCM on supplier and ingredient selection and value chain design for a sustainable supply chain

1. Minimum education requirement
- Degree holder in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business administration or other relevant disciplines would be a plus.
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
- 3 years+ working experience in administration, preferably in F&B.
3. Basic skills requirements
- Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Strong coordination skills and attention to details.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
