Job Description

- Perform dual-brand store audits, complete audit reports, track store improvement plans, and conduct monthly data analysis to generate analytical reports.
執行雙品牌的門市稽核作業,完成稽核報告,並追蹤門市改善計畫,以及每月進行資料分析,出具分析報表。

- Assist in the maintenance and updates of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Manual, and support departments in planning and executing annual related drills.
協助企業持續營運計畫手冊的維護及更新,並協助部門規劃和執行相關年度演練。

- Assist in reviewing the completeness of company policies and procedures (P&P).
協助審閱公司政策及程序的完整性。

- Conduct departmental operational procedure reviews and internal control self-assessments, provide relevant recommendations, track improvement actions, and compile related reports and feedback.
執行各部門作業程序核閱及內控自我評估,並提供相關建議、追蹤改善行動和彙整相關報告及回饋。

- Planning and executing projects related to internal controls and risk management in other areas. For example, maintaining BCP manual and Drill meeting log, and supporting RMCC submission.
其他內部控制及風險管理之專案規劃與執行,例如維護BCP手冊及演練會議紀錄,以及支援RMCC資料提交。

- Internal training: Internal audit and Risk management related.
內部訓練:內部稽核、風險管理相關。

Requirements

1. Bachelor or above. 大學學歷含或以上
2. Graduate from college of Business and Management, majoring in Accounting or Management Information Systems or Law is preferred.
商學院及管理學院畢業者;會計學系或資訊管理學系畢業者尤佳。
3. At least 1 year working experience, and Individuals with experience in auditing Public Offering Company or working in the retail/service industry are preferred.
1年以上工作經驗;具公開發行以上公司稽核經驗/零售/餐飲服務業經歷者優先。
4. Curious, willing to ask questions, express opinions, and ideas, open to listening and engaging in discussions.
有好奇心,勇於發問、表達意見和想法,願意傾聽及討論。
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; clear logical thinking.
良好的人際關係和溝通能力;邏輯思維清晰。
6. Self-motivated, enthusiastic about learning, proactive, and empathetic.
能自我激勵,樂於學習,主動積極,有同理心。
7. Diligent at work, capable of assisting in reviewing documents and analyzing statistical data to identify opportunities and contributing to improvement efforts.
工作細心,能協助檢視文件及統計分析資料,從中發現機會點,並協助改善。
8. Requires business trips of approximately 2 to 3 weeks per month in Taiwan.
每月需要國內出差約2到3周。
9. Basic skills requirements
- Language: Generally, ability to write, speak and read in English.
具一般英文說、寫和閱讀能力。
- Computer: Basic PC skill (Ex: Microsoft Office-Word/Excel/Power Point).
