【CRM campaign and platform/channel operation】
-Power user /problem solver for CRM platform/channel
-Support CRM Team to develop and maintain loyalty program, membership, and ad hoc marketing campaign in both physical store & digital channel.
-Participate in all-rounded CRM campaigns incl. life cycle, segmentation, etc.
-Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative CRM programs and sales driven campaigns.
-Work with departments: Customer Service, Operation, Marketing, DTS and all departments using the CRM platform to ensure member requirements/campaign are being met.
-CRM or ad hoc marketing campaign design, execute and utilize all channel to increase exposure and effectiveness
-Create and manage CRM communication content calendar incl. eDM, SMS, APP push, etc.
-Use CRM & BI system to generate campaign result and review
-Perform timely & accurate analytic reports for related CRM initiatives.
-Points management
-Undertake individual tasks as assigned.
【Communication】
-Establish and maintain good working relationship also working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of CRM campaign and sales driven program initiatives
【Agency】
-Working with agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of CRM acquisition and program initiatives
【Administration】
-Support member/ customer service to solve member problem, complain and compensation plan.
-Assist with administrative duties related to all CRM aspect
1. Bachelor degree required from business/marketing related,
2. A minimum of 1~2 years relevant experience
3. Expertise in CRM fields, retailing, and banking or EC platform related experience is preferred.
4. Experience supporting and managing business applications
5. Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
6. Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative
7. Demonstrated ability to react quickly and adapt well to change
8. Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take initiative on relevant issues.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as formal presentation capabilities.
10. Strong English verbal and written skills.
