1. Responsible for negotiating with existing sites’ lease renew and lease signed.
2. New site development; includes new site search, site’s condition check,
lease term negotiation and processing the RE
3. Market Survey (RTZ’s execution)、Data Analysis and Sales Projection.
4. Co-work with CON & OPS team to manage every store in good operation condition; includes leaking problem, neighboring complains.

1. Minimum education requirement
- Bachelor or above.
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
- At least 1 years in related works.
3. Basic skills requirements
- Language: Fair both in written and spoken English/Chinese.
- Computer: Basic PC skill (AutoCAD must).
4. Competence Requirements:
- A proactive, energetic approach to works
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of staffs and suppliers
- Self motivated with good learning attitude.
