集團總部 - Sustainability Manager/ Assistant Manager (ESG)

【Responsibilities】
• Support the director of sustainability in developing, managing and implementing the Company’s sustainability framework and strategy including creating and executing the vision, objectives and plan;
• Identify trends in the external and internal environment, especially legislation, recognize risk and opportunities and use insights gained to formulate strategies relative to challenges and opportunities and advance the Company’s sustainability strategy within the current business model;
• Build, maintain and utilize benchmarking, emerging trends research, reporting frameworks, and perform gap analyses to develop and evolve the sustainability strategy;
• Drive achievement of sustainability KPI across the value chain;
• Publish sustainability reports and respond to stakeholders or customer surveys and disclosures as required

•University Degree or above, holder of sustainability development and environmental Management or other related disciplines would be a plus
•At least 3 years of Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility relevant experience
•Knowledge of, and skills in, protocols and standards such as GRI Standards and SDGs; CSR trends and best practices
•Authentic passion and drive for being an agent of change via sustainability
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
•Exceptional communication (both Chinese and English), collaboration and analytical skills
•Strategic thinking, strong attention to details, solid understanding of how to use data and research to drive efforts
