【External communication】
• Planning and implement external communication strategies and tactics to build the corporate brand, enhance the employer branding and protect the corporate reputation
• Work with corporate PR agency to drive media engagement initiatives to gain earned media coverage and handle media enquiries
• Act as the corporate brand gatekeeper, and review brand guidelines and materials to ensure brand compliance
• Support the development of corporate collaterals
• Promote corporate initiatives via corporate communication channels including but not limited to website and enterprise social platform
• Manage issue and crisis communication in a timely and effective manner
【Internal communication】
• Plan and implement of internal communication initiatives to support the corporate agenda, including but not limited to the Group’s vision, strategies, cultural initiatives, leadership communications
• Identify stories and promote the achievements of TW market for JRG TW, and contribution of TW stories to JRG and Jardines Group Communications
• Plan and curate compelling contents, creative assets such as visual and video stories to deliver to support internal communication agenda to promote engagement and help foster a more engaged workforce through various communications channels, including townhalls, staff portal, newsletter and enterprise social platform etc.
1. Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, translation, or related disciplines
2. 5-8 years of relevant experience in communications or related disciplines. Candidates with less experience might be considered for the assistant manager position.
3. Excellent command in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, editing and proofreading skills
4. Sensitivity to media landscape in both local and international affairs. Media handling experience is a must.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
6. Self-starter with the ability to solve problems, work independently and collaboratively as a team
7. Digitally savvy, creative thinker, flexible in work and resilient
