Sr. Technical Project Manager (Live Streaming)

Our Client is seeking for a talented and experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. 

As a TPM you will:

• Co-work with the tech lead, PM, developers and QA to build our client's up-and-coming voice-chatting app.
• Network with clients, vendors, and in-house personnel as well as form a dream team of experts for each project to maximize resources and efficiency.
• Clearly define, document, prepare relevant system documentation(UML/User Manual). 
• Communicate all aspects of project scope, goals and deliverables to customer and internal team.

1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
2. Proficiency with at least one web development language, such as PHP or Python.
3. Experienced with App, Web, and Cloud Service development.
4. Experienced with Relational database, SQL, designing schema.

Nice to have:
1. Experience with streaming services & socket server.
2. Familiar with planning and designing web service's UI/UX.
