邏輯清晰，具備能夠把業務部門的需求(Business Requirements)，轉化為使用者故事(User Stories)的能力。


We're looking for Detailed-Oriented Software Business Analyst who is responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping business requirements to systems requirements.
The Software Business Analyst works as a team member along with the project team members to deliver the complete integrated solution in our system platform.

1. 微服務架構系統的商業需求設計.
2. 與需求單位進行需求訪談、梳理或歸納其邏輯.
3. 撰寫系統規格及製作相關開發文件.
4. 問題分析與追蹤改善.
5. 良好的溝通、團隊合作、獨立作業的能力。

【Key Accountability Areas】

• Work with internal teams to obtain in-depth understanding of the integrated product and produce requirement documents.
• Based on business needs to design process/function flow to ensure the system is well implemented.
• Document and analyze business requirements, create design and functional requirement documents, conduct thorough system testing and demonstrate new functionality to business users.
• Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with cross functional teams including business, application development and operation teams.
• Work together with the team to ensure system issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
