Job title: Principle/ Sr. / Consultant ( it is up to the candidate seniority )

location: Van Boshuizenstraat 12, unit 1.25, 1083 BA Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Key Responsibility

This role will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with clients to develop talent sourcing and attraction strategies for mid-to-senior hires. We aim to deliver a great experience for both our clients and candidates that lends genuine insight into our culture.

As a Team Manager, you will lead a team of Recruitment Consultants as well as managing your own 360 desk.

  • Running a 360 desk within one of our already successful market sectors
  • Developing and mentoring the team through regular monthly sales plans
  • Setting up daily team meeting.
  • Driving the success of your team and encouraging delivery of KPIs and recruitment activity
  • Working with the management team on initiatives and projects

Requirement

  • Quickly reaction to clients' requirements, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, superb communication skills are essential.
  • Approachable and accessible, entrepreneurial, energetic, resilient and dynamic team player.
  • Mature and results-driven, always aiming at achieving the goal.
  • Strong compressive endurance, willing to accept challenges.
  • Solid in team management, be passionate about developing the career of team member and yourself in sales environment, keen to achieve your ambition within a high-performing team.
  • Pro-active, hardworking, self-motivated, and self-disciplined.
  • 8 years’ experience related to Recruitment Function.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, Chinese would be a plus.
