工作內容：

1.熟悉採購作業與詢比議價流程，配合廠商評估與聯繫

2.行政專案執行與例行費用控管與請款

3.辦公室環境設備維護與修繕，職業案全衛生事務辦理

4.協助辦公室搬遷/裝修專案發包與執行

5.配合園區規範進行環安/消防等活動執行

6.協助同仁差旅/福利事項

7.前台職代與主管交辦事項

Responsibilities:

1. Ability of office assets maintenance /office supplies procurement and vendor

management. •

2. Liaise with the building management office on facilities matters.

3. Support office renovation/ relocation project

4. Business trip arrangement, benefit issue support

5. Backup for front desk. Other ADM ad-hoc might be assigned

1. Excel/Word文書技能

2. 環境、設備維護作業，需具基礎水電、家具維修能力

3. 良好獨立溝通協調能力

4. 具有相關經驗者將優先考慮

1. Familiar with MS-Office

2. Basic facility fix skills

3. multitasking/prioritizing/problem-solving skill
