[KKBOX] Content Strategy Development Specialist

We are looking for a challenge-seeking talent with an ambition to make a positive impact on the world. Here you will be at the forefront of music content licensing and deeply involved in international negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage licensing contracts / business terms to pursue constant growth for both KKBOX and our partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Japan Licensing team, Engineering, Business Insights, Finance & Accounting, Legal, etc.) to make sure KKBOX's tools and services, including royalty and insight reports, are provided for our partners
- Provide licensing-related insights and analysis for Product, Marketing & Business Development teams to ensure successful product launch
- Assist in ad hoc projects and related tasks
Requisitos
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- Must be fluent in Mandarin & Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2, or with similar level)
- A minimum of 1 year experience in business development, business operation, or licensing (not limited to music industry)
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems with cross-functional teams
- A good sense of numbers & legal documents
- Hardworking, detail-minded, self-initiative and responsible
