Experienced candidates will be considered for Supervisor role.

1.利用郵件、社交網絡及電話實時處理客戶參與活動前、中、後的各類需求
2.協助客戶訂購,與世界各國供應商之間協調確認活動細節、訂單及客訴案件處理。
3.反應顧客需求至相關部門、流程協助。
