Constantly support Clients with their onboarding process and account management
Consult and answer Client’s problems related to their E-com business
Help Client's business take off with a good business plan and the advantages of embracing a corporate model for their business, as opposed to an individual approach.
Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of our products.
Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product and Marketing teams.
Requirements
Proficient English skills
1 year experience, fresh graduates are welcome
Strong critical thinking skills and natural leadership abilities
Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment
You’re interested and eager to learn about the Fintech industry, E-commerce platforms and Cross-border Payment.
You have a sharp & strategic business mindset from which you can confidently use it to close contracts with E-commerce Entrepreneurs
Strong communication & negotiation skills in both English and Indonesia
Demonstrate agility and adaptability in tackling with challenges
