Product Manager 產品經理

Lootex, a decentralized NFT marketplace is looking for a Product Manager to facilitate our engineering team and build the next level world class trading platform.

• Be the liaison between Designers, Marketing, BD, and Development team on product requirements.
• Evaluate development time of each request and lead the bi-weekly dev sprint meeting.
• Participate with company leaderships on product feature prioritization.
• Collect feedback from Customer Support.
• Maintain development backlog and bug database.
• Support CS, BD, and CMTY when they need technical explanations.
• Competitor research and on top of the latest trends.
• Monthly report on platform's sales results.

工作內容

• 協調設計師、開發團隊、行銷與商務合作之間的產品需求溝通
• 評估每個需求所需要的開發時程，並且帶領雙週的開發會
  
• 參與公司決策人員討論產品新功能開發的優先順序
• 從客服系統中，收集產品使用者意見回饋
  
• 維護開發 backlog tasks and bug database
• 支援客服、商務、社群人員對外溝通時技術上的需求
• 競品使用研究與敏銳的趨勢變化
• 每個月出平台營運狀況的報告

• 3 years or more on software development related product management experience.
• Passionate about Blockchain or NFT.
• Excel at using new tools to increase efficiency or do automation.
• Had experience developing product from 0 to 1.
• Familiar with mobile app and web development cycles.
• Familiar with Scrum or Agile.

• Worked in B2C and C2C Ecommerce company
• Had coding experience.
