We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join team as a Global Sales Operations Intern. You will learn the ins and outs of international trading, be responsible to talk to actual customers all across the world.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support: Join meetings with international clients and help prepare sales materials & presentation (in English)
2. Order Processing: Coordinate order processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Talk with logistics partners to monitor shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Generate regular reports to evaluate sales performance against targets.

Qualifications:
- Must be 3rd or 4th year student, and at least 2 working days per week
- Good English communication skills (read, write, speak)
- Passion for the pet industry is a plus!
