Manager, Digital Marketing

We’re looking for an outstanding Digital Marketing manager that helps grow our social media engagement and manage our communities. As a start-up celebrating creativity and development, we believe and encourage the same in our team. We seek team players with infectious positive energy, great initiative,and a get-it-done attitude. The major accountabilities are:

• Grow and cultivate our online community (IG, Tiktok, FB, Youtube,) with engaging content

• Contribute to the social media content development and routine posts

• Craft content or repurpose influencer content for organic and paid social

• Create positive engagement with our online social presence to foster community growth and

   communication

• Monitor comments and shared online user generated content

• Grow our internal digital library with more original content and UGC

•  Passionate about early childhood development, social-emotional learning, and STEM education

• Excellent in generating social media content (video and still) and multi-channel optimization

• The ability to use Canva or other content-creation software, able to edit videos, animation

  preferred

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and can shine through the video

• Strong work ethic is key. Desire to learn and improve. Enthusiastic about what you do!

• Know how to be scrappy and adapt quickly. Not afraid of challenges. Take ownership and get

things done

• Active on social media and are familiar with the latest trends in the social landscape

• Agile. You must thrive in ambiguity and love a rapid pace. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

while still paying attention to details with the highest level of efficiency.

• Education background in social media or marketing preferred.
