1. Utilize analytical, statistical and programming skills to collect, analyze and interpret large data sets;
2. Support operations technology program manager to fulfill the analytics program’s target and output
3. Collaborate with program managers, leaders and stakeholders to identify and optimize the information infrastructure and management system

1. Master degree in engineering, information management, statistics or equivalent practical experience
2. 3+ years in high-tech engineering or program management.
3. Familiar with wireless IC development workflow is very helpful.
4. Accountability and enthusiasm for information infrastructure build-up and management
5. Good at big data analysis/process/display
6. Good at communication and teamwork
7. Familiar with data analysis tools and systems (e.g. dashboard or similar systems/tools) would be good
