Meteor is an architectural lighting company with corporate branches in Taoyuan, Taiwan and Los Angeles, USA, and our products are installed in some of the most iconic office headquarters in the world such as Amazon, Netflix and Google. We are currently looking for an International Logistic Intern / Junior Logistics Specialist preferred to be currently undergoing studies in Business Management or Administration.

As part of the Sales & Marketing Division, you'll be assigned one or more challenging tasks while also joining a team that is actively seeking, finding and implementing practical solutions to real world business challenges.

#Core Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end order and shipping management process, including order entry, processing, and shipping arrangement.
2. Handle all international shipping management process. Including processing invoices, shipping documents, packing lists, ERP entry, and contacting forwarders such as UPS and DHL.
3. Manage Freight and Import Tax Bills
4. Negotiate regularly with logistics companies such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.
5. Adhoc duties assigned by your direct supervisor.

#Preferred Experience & Qualifications
1. Must be familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite applications.
2. Good English Proficiency
3. Currently undergoing or recently graduated from Business Management related studies

3. 與各國物流廠商與報關行聯絡出貨相關問題與事項
4. 報表製作與整理(樞紐分析)、運稅費請款作業、報關文件歸檔
5. 其他主管交辦事項

2. 良好的英文能力(多益700分以上)
