【大型遊戲平台】Product Manager
Job Description
1. 遊戲產品與活動專案管理
2. 具備專案管理能力，負責產品前置作業、時程規劃、維護執行與品質管制
3. 規劃促銷活動，從設計到執行再到成效評估
4. 分析產品損益、使用者族群等資料，掌握成果績效，主動提出具體可執行方案
5. 處理與相關部門、跨國廠商間針對產品的溝通協調
6. 遊戲產品經理相關經驗 3 年以上
7. 具有產品策略擬定的經驗，主動積極，能掌握團隊資源調度，及跨部門溝通協作能力
8. 梳理產品需求從提出到初稿-修改-討論-最後落地執行出來的全過程，不斷優化公司研發部門的流程，提高研發效率；
9. 管理新功能開發、Bug回饋優化、舊功能模組優化等等不同產品需求的優先順序，和程式、設計達成良好的溝通。
10. 負責公司遊戲產品的全部研發流程，從發起需求、到制定交互流程、管理研發週期和研發團隊、並協調溝通前端、後端、設計、測試等不同小組間的協同工作
