Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Information Technology, computer science, related.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in user support and network administration.
• Rich user support experiences and strong knowledge with FortiGate firewall, IPS, switch/router, printers, NAS, and SAN storage devices.
• Ability in troubleshooting WAN/LAN network issues, IP routing, IPsec, Site2Site VPN.
• Experience in Active Directory, GPO and WSUS user/security management.
• Frequent overseas travel to be expected.
• Willing to learn new tech in Cloud Service, Azure/AWS.
  

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the network devices and support to design the global network with Fortigate Firewall, Switch, Router, Wifi AP, NAS, SAN storage and facilities in the Computer Room.
• Administration of AD Server, VMware VCenter, Windows Servers
• Support branch office MIS for IT technical problems, and travel for overseas audits.
• Support WAN network and security management.
• Security protection management: IPS, Firewall policy management, Anti-virus and malware.
• Participate in IT departmental projects.
