MyTime is an American internet startup that offers a  fully integrated scheduling, payments and automated marketing platform, specializing in large multi-location chains and franchises. Our mission critical software -- which includes in-store scheduling and online booking, client record management, email and SMS marketing, and a full point of sale for handling payments -- is used in every aspect of the customer journey. Job Description

You will provide high-level administrative and support for the Founder & CEO of our company who is working remotely from Taipei and Shanghai.  As an Executive Assistant, you are responsible for providing comprehensive support for both personal and work related tasks for the CEO. The person should possess the ability to anticipate needs, critical thinking skills, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.  The job offers flexible working hours with expected 20-30 hours per week, subject to busier/slower periods.  Example tasks would include:

•Arrange conference calls and meetings

•Plan work-related travel details

•Personal errands, researching, making dining reservations

•Managing CEO's emails and schedule 

Work Environment 

You will work remotely from Taipei, with regular meetups at a coworking space with other Taipei-based team members to collaborate on projects, share learnings, build a strong culture, and enjoy each other's company. MyTime does not have a Taiwanese legal entity so you will be employed as a full time contractor by our American legal entity. However, the Founder & CEO is personally based in Taipei and is excited to work with our Taiwan-based team in-person a few days each week.

Working Hours

Working hours are somewhat flexible as long as you're reachable via email, Slack or Line. Expect 20-30 hours a week of work time.  Work will be done through your personal laptop.  Occasionally, the team will meet up in person at a coworking space to collaborate in person.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Results-oriented mindset, enthusiastic, meticulous, and autonomous
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment


Interview process

Initial interview with CEO via Google Meet, followed by in-person meeting in Taipei for candidates who pass the initial screen.
