Responsibilities
- Oversees product life cycle, feature development and adoption, plan and execute for quality results.
- Explores market demands, competition and customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product features by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or changes.
- Evolves, develops and launches new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with key stakeholders.
- Work with R&D teams for product development with clear product spec and usage models.
- Works with marketing and business teams for strategizing, planning and execution of market and customer strategies and responsible for delivery the results to meet business demands.
- Assess, summarize and analyze performance of company product at client side for improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product development/management experience in SW, web-based applications, preferably in Fintech or financial service industry.
- Graduate degree in engineering or marketing required.
- Excellent networking and motivation skills, especially with regard to engineering team collaboration and customer engagements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
- Good understanding of Web application technologies and related tools.
