Job Description

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers and are effectively promoted.  


  • Develop and execute product marketing plans and strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to inform product development and marketing decisions.
  • Develop product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value of our products to customers.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that new products meet customer needs and are positioned correctly in the market.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create sales collateral, including product sheets, presentations, and demos.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to create customer education materials and ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and marketing decisions.
  • Analyze sales and market data to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Additionally, this role offers the unique opportunity to travel around the world to attend trade shows and conferences, visit customers and partners, and gather market insights. The successful candidate should be willing and able to travel as needed.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the beauty or consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the product development process, including market research, product positioning, and sales collateral development.
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
