  • Work with a highly matrixed and efficient global development team
  • Coordinate with leads from architecture, design, verification, physical design, software, DFT, Security, functional safety, and platform teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and career mentorship to the team.

What we need to see:

  • Masters (or higher degree) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields, with at least 10 years of industry experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in managing/leading architecture and/or design of SoCs or complex sub-systems – planning project work, driving execution, defining, and tracking KPIs.
  • Broad understanding of SOC Architectures including CPU, GPU, Memory sub-systems, AI Accelerators, interconnects, I/O technologies, power management, performance measurement, SOC integration etc.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end SOC development flow - micro-architecture techniques, modern validation/verification methodologies, physical design challenges, silicon validation and productization.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
