身為OmniEyes的業務開發經理,我們仰賴你那呼風喚雨的能力,將動見科技帶入市場並開拓動見的知名度,吸引潛在客戶,並順利帶領團隊達成業績目標。

◎《What you are gonna do》◎
- 依公司策略規劃,訂定未來短中長期營業目標,領導管理團隊達成各階段策略目標
- 根據市場變化適時調整銷售策略,以提高公司產品市場佔有率
- 熟悉外在產業、環境、客戶、技術、產品趨勢,提升團隊競爭力
- 掌控新產品開發階段之商務議題,達成策略目標、業績目標與獲利目標
- 協助團隊進行內外部溝通及協調,解決問題,預防問題,滿足客戶需求
- 負責開拓國內,尋找國內商機
- 提升客戶服務品質,建立良好的客戶關係與服務
- 帶領國內業務人員達到預訂之業績目標,負責客戶維護及開發新客戶。
- 輔導培訓部屬提高專業知識與能力

- 5年以上相關業務開發經驗
- 3年以上管理經驗
- B2B 開發經驗
- 具良好溝通能力、可獨立作業
- 具有努力敢衝的個性,有能力不怕拿獎金
- 抗壓力高,需負擔管理責任
- 能與非中文語系國家之客戶使用英語溝通並介紹產品

As the Sales Manager of OmniEyes, we count on your personal charisma to introduce our product to the market, develop the visibility of the company, attract potential customers, and successfully lead the team to achieve the performance goals.

◎《What you are gonna do》◎
- According to the company's strategic plan, set the short, medium, and long-term business goals, and lead the sales team to achieve strategic goals at various stages
- Adjust sales strategies in a timely manner according to market changes to increase the market share of the company's products
- Familiar with external industry, environment, customers, technology, and product trends in order to enhance team competitiveness
- Control the business issues in the new product development stage to achieve strategic goals, performance goals, and profit goals
- Assist the team in internal and external communication and coordination, solve problems, prevent problems, and meet customer needs
- Responsible for developing domestic and looking for domestic business opportunities
- Improve customer service quality and establish excellent customer relationships and service
- Lead domestic business personnel to achieve the booking performance target, responsible for customer maintenance and development of new customers.
- Coaching and training subordinates to improve professional knowledge and ability

◎《Our requirements for this role》◎
- More than 5 years of relevant business development experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- B2B development experience
- Great communication skills, able to work independently
- Have a hard-working and daring personality, and have the ability not to be afraid of winning bonuses
- High resistance to stress and management responsibility
- Able to communicate and introduce products in English with customers from non-Chinese speaking countries

- Experience in SaaS or in-vehicle application product industry is preferred
- New start-up experience is preferred
- 0→1 development experience

By retrieving information including driver behaviors, traffic and road conditions, pedestrian and vehicular flows, the status of municipal properties, the content of stores/PoI signboards and digital traffic signage, and even weather updates from the videos at the “edge”, OmniEyes is leveraging its connected AI technologies to create an information-centric eco-system for mobility industries. The best thing is --- no drivers will lose their business to video uberization.

回想五年前,當國內外資通訊領域的主力市場仍聚焦於雲端運算時,逄愛君與周俊廷教授已經開始探索次世代資通訊具破壞性的霧運算創新技術與應用。兩人雖然過去都是從事科技研究的學者,但是在追求學術成就的同時,潛藏在內心的創新創業血液,卻不曾停止流動。在一連串的因緣際會下,兩位教授得到科技部價創計畫的支持,正式組成OmniEyes 團隊,在本著對研究與創新的熱情與堅持,以及過去累積的研發能量,加上熱血與極富創意的團隊成員共同努力,不間斷的腦力激盪與自我挑戰,終於將最初的創意,成功傳遞至國際學術界與產業界,引起極大的共鳴,並於2019年榮獲全世界最大的消費性電子展 Las Vegas CES 2019 Innovation Award。
