ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES：

【Training】

• Interview department heads to plan, develop and deliver training courses for Optoma Taiwan employees and joiners that may include soft skill, leadership, and various other learning solutions (on/off line hybrid training)

• Be the Owner of the Training of Optoma Taiwan and act as a promotor of continuous learning and encourage employee participation.

• Research methods and techniques in workplace training, remaining up-to-date on developments within the industry + the competition.

• Assess the instructional effectiveness of the delivered training and determine the impact of training on each employee to meet up KPIs for the training program.

• Define and document together with the department head the expected learning goal to meet business needs.

• Enhance employee experience from recruitment, on boarding to orientation.

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

【Talent Acquisition and HR Account Service】

• As account service representative for hiring manager for daily recruitment include sourcing, screening, interview invitation.

• Support monthly attendance review and checking, HRIS administration and ER services.

• Share general service for employees among HR related agenda.

• Assist with HR administrative tasks as management required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS：

• At least 3 years experienced in HR training or development.

• With hands on experience in HR cross function will be a plus.

• Strong foundation in HR concepts and principles.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, logical thinking and problem solving skill.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a quickly evolving and dynamic work environment.

2 to 3 interview stage w/ HR Team, TWN HR Head, CFO.
