We are looking for someone who will help OURSONG business and company grow. This role will work closely with executive teams and be responsible for managing and executing corporate level strategic projects and investment plans.

While the duty of recording accurate and sufficient documentation to meet legal requirements (record management) is of primary importance, this individual will also be a confidante and resource to the Board and senior management, providing advice and counsel on board responsibilities and logistics and matters pertaining to the company's corporate governance.

What will you do as a Corporate Development Manager at OURSONG?

• Maintain key corporate documents and records;
• Monitor corporate governance developments and assist in tailoring governance practice
• Serve as a focal point for investor and key stakeholder communications and engagement on corporate governance issues
• Strategic acquisition reporting
• Conduct Due Diligence
• Oversight cross company lending and funding structures
• Prepare and present reports to board of directors
• Legal and litigation support
• Oversee Stockholder Relations including stock issuance and transfer operations and shareholder correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor Accounting or Finance or Economics and/or Bachelor of Laws, MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Competent user of software packages (a spreadsheet and keynote presentation superstar)
• Flexible and able to handle change easily
• Organized and works well in a fast-paced environment
