職缺描述 我們的團隊扁平化管理，大家都負責獨立的板塊且相互依靠。 而營運板塊是支撐業務成長的最關鍵職位之一。我們希望你能負責管理公司所有的營運活動，確保公司穩定運作，提高公司的運營效率和收益。如果您對提供車主出行產業，充滿熱情，喜歡解決問題，規劃 0-1 / 1-n 營運流程、專案管理、解析系統問題和運作管理有所經驗為佳。 【工作內容】 ○ 新場站上線：與業務、工程團隊合作，上線停車場、路邊停車新場站。 ○ 日常維護：場站資訊正確性更新，如費率、地理、指引說明等。定期監控、盤點、修復場站交易異常，持續優化合作場站運作品質，降低異常情況。 ○ 總量管理：分析全台合作場站交易情形，定位運作效率與效益低落問題並推進解決。 ○ 營運疑難解答：與客服、工程團隊合作，分析異常問題與推動解決。 ○ 合作關係維護：可參與設計，執行合作業者的關係維護或促進交易的行動方案，不斷提升合作場站的運營效率和收益。
