1. Review, maintain SOP and enhance business processes for operations efficiency.

2. Support new business engagement requirement with new process proposal and/or IT development request

3. Communicate cross departments to resolve business operation related issues

4. Project implementation: Coordinate with business users and IT for collecting requirements, solutions review, User Acceptance Testing, training and project stabilization.

5. Daily system and operation support.

6. Driving key business process enhancement or improvement

7. Managing BOM task and project status.

*具備跨部門流程知識和系統整合和分析能力

*SAP, Web或其他ERP 5年以上經驗或是functional power user

*曾參與SAP, Web系統導入，流程改造專案或是six sigma green belt 者佳

*溝通能力，專案管理，邏輯思考與執行能力佳

*英文能力佳
