About The Role
If you are a) Product minded: you genuinely want to build something people want, you enjoy talking to users and learning their needs. b) Fast-learner: you are proactive and able to pick up new things quickly. c)Builder: you have experience working with React.js, NextJS, SpringBoot, or similar frameworks, we want to hear from you!



What You’ll Do

1. Manage a team of 5-6 engineers
2. Guide and motivate the rest of the team around best practices and patterns. Participate in reviewing pull requests and training new hires
3. Perform technical analysis, design and formulate the best-fit solution
4. Setup and maintain CI/CD pipeline to streamline development processes
5. Promote good software design/development practices, bug prevention strategies, unit/integration testing, accessibility, and other advanced quality concepts across products.
6. Deliver the enterprise-level architecture & design, and develop the technical architecture leveraging ML enhanced processes.
7. Be Ready to architect, code, and bring a system to production proactively
8. Keep track of project progress and monitor the performance of the team
9. Provide operation support to ensure service stability and availability

Requisitos

What You’ll Need
1. Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
2. 5+ years’ hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable infrastructure.
3. Experience with designing end-to-end systems
4. Strong knowledge of designing and maintaining APIs (RESTful).
5. Knowledge of vue.js / react.js / Angular, node.js, JavaScript, HTML & CSS
6. Solid hands-on development experience in SQL/NoSQL database, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
7. Exposure to Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) infrastructure
8. Good Communications skills in English
