We are looking for candidates with passion in crypto industry and experience in growth marketing, ideally with full stack marketing skill set. The successful candidate will be flexible and comfortable with market fluctuation, and proactive in learning and growing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with company goals and objectives and assist in exploring new social channels and strategies for user acquisition growth
• Create and manage social media calendars and content for multiple platforms
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reporting and insights
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvements
• Analyze social media landscape to supply actionable insight (in real-time) to both the social and greater marketing team with hot topics, breaking news, sentiment/market observations.
• Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors
• Mentor junior social media team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of delivering results
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Experience in developing and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations for improvements
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing and mentoring team members
