- Build a solid digital advertising plan for a global music brand, including media channels, target audience, creatives, copies and budgets.
- Manage Google, Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, and other ad campaigns, including trafficking, pacing, optimization and reporting.
- Manage external ad agencies to achieve marketing goals.
- Write English ad copies for global campaigns.
- Work with graphic designers and video editors to generate compelling creatives.
- Test out new ad technologies and help roll out new initiatives.
- Grow with us and help improve our existing processes for campaign management.
- Monitor competitors’ ad strategy and industry changes.
職務需求
【我們需要這樣的你】
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or advertising.
- 5+ years of digital advertising experience.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Previous experience working in a Brand Owner environment and co-work with PM, website team, design team and RD team.
- Previous experience working in an agency environment and familiar with variable ad types for different industries, such as mobile game, e-commerce platform, and FMCG.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Good English copywriting and communication abilities.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
