【What You’ll Do】
- Develop software code (SQL ,R, Python), mathematical algorithms/systems that meet internal customer’s needs and bring it online to run data systematically (including Data virtualization).
- Translating findings into clear, easy to understand insights and communicate verbally and visually and generate insights on consumer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and improve our value proposition and Client/Marketing strategy.
- Design, coordinate, and implement analytical business solutions to support business initiatives.
- Support other relative business activities such as P&L analysis, cost control and Ads performance analysis.

【Requirements】
- Familiar with excel formulas to streamline existing excel working sheets.
- Familiar with SQL coding.
- Familiar with R or Python coding.
- Good at problem solving skills and mindset.
【Experience】
- 3+ years of work experience in data analytics, business analytics or CRM/Marketing analysis.
- E-commerce/digital Marketing and Operation experience is a plus.
- BI Software- Development and SQL coding experience (preferably Datastudio since that is the platform we are on) is plus.
