We are a pioneering AI Computer Vision company seeking a dedicated and adaptable Tech

Support Engineer to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise

and flexibility, as you will be supporting our innovative AI-driven products and services

across varying shifts, including both day and night hours. Your contribution will be vital in

ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support for our AI and computer vision

products, addressing issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.

2. Shift Flexibility: Work dynamically between day and night shifts to ensure 24/7 support

coverage. Your schedule will be planned in advance to maintain a healthy work-life

balance.

3. Issue Resolution: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating

complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.

4. Customer Interaction: Directly communicate with clients and internal teams, providing

clear and effective technical assistance.

5. Maintenance and Monitoring: Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of our

systems to prevent potential issues.

6. Documentation: Accurately document technical issues, resolutions, and feedback for

continuous improvement.

7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in AI and computer vision

technologies to provide informed support.

Required Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or a similar role.
Experience in AI or computer vision technology support is a plus.
3. Technical Skills:
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech
products.
Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic IT protocols.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, adaptability to varying work hours, and a
customer-focused approach.
5. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Additional
language skills are a plus.
