Job Description
- Develop and manage HR policies and procedures.
- Responding to all employee requests and providing guidance and leadership regarding employee morale, relations, and discipline.
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR management and general administration, preferably in the Manufacturing industry with above 1000 of employee
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing.
- Spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
