• Conduct the daily contract review for corporate contract, identify the risk point and offer suggestion
• Build up corporate contract database and well managed, make the contract management process and execute
• Set a relationship with the legal firm, and also offer legal consultation for internal affairs based on self-knowledge or help from the legal firm
• Set up a law database for all the law and regulation issues related with corporate business
• Well manage the keep the corporate license and certification, and renew or update or apply more if necessary. Make a timetable to track all the license

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Understand the legal aspect, Industry area
• Have good knowledge in Indonesia Legal Knowledge, International trade regulations knowledge and Industry Regulation Knowledge
• Willing to work in Cikarang
