  1. Able in Recruiting, Training and Development of Employee.
  2. Able in Industrial relationship
  3. Able in Legal Compliance and expert in Labour Law
  4. Able to calculate employee competency, payroll and planning development program.
  5. Create and evaluate company Rules and regulations
  6. Knowing the use of psychological test tools
  7. English both speaking and written
