  • Fokus pada hasil kerja dan target revenue.
  • Mempelajari dan memahami semua pengetahuan produk dan alur di Sribu dan Sribu Business.
  • Mempelajari dan memahami unique selling proposition (USP) dari produk Sribu dan Sribu Business
  • Menggunakan sistem freshsales untuk sales pipeline. Melakukan follow up aktivitas klien (job order, leads, existing job, closing job) melalui (Email, Client Chat, Phone, WA, Telegram).
  • Mencari outbound leads sendiri melalui channel yang telah menghasilkan sales leads.
  • Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan untuk menghasilkan sales leads.
  • Selalu mengetahui berapa sales forecast per hari.
  • Mengkonversikan lead menjadi pembelian dengan tepat.
  • Mengikuti prosedur komunikasi, panduan, dan kebijakan di Sribu.
  • Berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi secara positif dengan klien dan supply workers kami.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 dengan 1 – 3 tahun pengalaman kerja.
  • Pria atau wanita.
  • Memiliki database kontak perusahaan menengah, besar dan korporasi sejumlah 100 kontak+ terutama di industri teknologi, startup, banking, HR (industri utama) atau industri lainnya.
  • Memiliki pengalaman selling/jualan di industri agency, digital marketing, etc
  • Memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan memiliki latar belakang di bidang outbound sales.
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
